The Regional Recruiter role is for you if you would enjoy:
• Being based in Canada to assist in the company's talent acquisition efforts, including full-cycle recruitment and onboarding, by working closely with the talent team and colleagues from across the organization
• A fully remote position, requiring presence in our locations for hiring events as needed

Regional Recruiter Key Accountabilities:

Recruitment Process:
• Coordinates and leads internal and external full-cycle recruitment across Canada
• Ensures alignment directly to job requirements, including advising managers on recruitment and selection strategies, writing, posting, and advertising job opportunities
• Creates and maintains job descriptions in consultation with leaders; ensures alignment with job competencies and assist with job description audits
• Develops selection criteria and assessment tools; assisting with screening and interviewing of applicants; and ultimately, finalizing the offer for successful candidates and transitioning to the onboarding process

Talent Identification:
• Leads the development of proactive talent identification strategies to address staffing needs and contribute to employee retention
• Coordinates/participates in onsite hiring events across multiple locations and harnesses social media and networking to advertise
• Works closely with recruitment advertising agency to share concerns and obtain feedback on job postings
• Identify any gaps with and help manage compensation expectations internally & externally

Regional Recruiter Qualifications:
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with a proactive attitude
• Solid analytical skills to proficiently use Microsoft Excel (v-look ups, pivot tables, etc.) as well as strong background in leveraging Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
• Strong ability to communicate effectively and efficiently via written and verbal communication with the confidence to directly interact with senior leadership and proven ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and not be discouraged
• Ability to multi-task and take on large volumes of open positions
• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience
• 3-5+ years of prior recruiting experience in retail or agency industries
• Experience with SAP/SuccessFactors
• Experience with ApplicantStack or other ATS system
