Our office is located at Bay and Bloor with free onsite parking
Our ideal candidate will have at least 4 years experience in full cycle bookkeeping, we are a well positioned Boutique Property Management company in the Heart of the city of Toronto located at Bay and Bloor.
The position details:
Must have at least 4 years property management experience or similar
Strong knowledge and education in general accounting practices full cycle
Excellent command of the English language verbal and written
Even temper at all times with professionalism and good communication skills
Maintaining strict scheduling and upkeeping accounts receivable as well as payable
Maintain contractors as well as tenant agreements and payment schedule
Maintenance scheduling up keeping and notices
Review and keep in order work maintenance scheduling and work quotation and completion
Maintain updates and scheduling of work and payments with payment approval process
Track accounts and precise bank reconciliation
Excellent knowledge of property management accounting programs and their report extraction
Good knowledge of digital media
Respect confidentiality dress code business
Tenants and corporation Privacy and confidentiality is a key to operation
Travel maybe required with additional travel expenses
