Bilingual Customer Service Representative ( English / Spanish ) Description: The Bilingual Customer Service Representative ( English / Spanish ) will be a liaison between our Credit Counsellors and clients. They will assist our clients with questions related to our services and ensure they are well prepared on their journey towards their financial goals. Bilingual Customer Service Representative ( English / Spanish ) Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities: · Deliver prepared scripts to follow up with clients to ensure they are set up properly with our services · Handle inbound calls where we guide individuals joining our service with completing required documentation over the phone · Obtain customer information relevant to their file · Assist management team by reviewing credit counsellor’s telephone calls with clients Bilingual Customer Service Representative ( English / Spanish ) Education and Experience: · High school diploma or equivalent · Proficient in relevant computer applications and call center systems · Good typing skills · Required language skills - fluent English and Fluent in Spanish (fluent French is an asset!)
