Are you a Human Resources Business Partner with 8+ years of experience? This could be your next great opportunity!

We are looking for an experienced HRBP for an engineering consulting company.

This is a hybrid opportunity that will require you to be in the office 3 days/week.

Office Location: Etobicoke

Responsibilities
- Participate in the talent attraction strategies
- Present and negotiate job offers with candidates
- Support HR programs and processes and promote HR best practices for the firm
- Support managers in managing personnel and foster the development of personnel management skills

Qualifications
- HR Educational Background preferred
- 8+ years experience as an HRBP or HR Advisor
- Availability to travel to Montreal twice a year
- Experience designing, developing and implementing HR business solutions for a wide range of clients
- Ability to adopt a client based approach and manage sensitive situations
