We are looking for a highly motivated Accounts Receivable Administrator to join a team in the Manufacturing sector located in Toronto.

Responsibilities
In this Accounts Receivable Administrator role in Toronto, you will be responsible for the following:
• Enter, post and reconcile batches
• Research and resolve customer A/R issues
• Maintain cash receipts journal
• Prepare aging reports
• Update and reconcile sub-ledger to G/L.
• Reconcile bank accounts, recording and balancing financial information in a variety of ledgers
• Carry out general accounting tasks in accordance with standard procedures
• Work with clients to solve payment issues; set up payment plans as needed
• Handle payments and compile segments of monthly closings and annual reports in compliance with guidelines
• Respond to requests for information from vendors and various other stakeholders
• Verify the correctness of documents and codes

Qualifications
This Accounts Receivable Administrator role located in Toronto will require the following:
• Minimum 3 years of experience working in full-cycle Accounts Receivables.
• Established analytical skills in basic accounts receivable and accounting policy.
• Well-founded grasp of Credit Administration and Credit Application.
• Knowledgeable of large ERP systems such as SAP.
