A leader in Logistics and Shipping is looking to hire Bilingual Call Center Representatives to join the Brampton team immediately on an ongoing contract. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be the first point of contact for businesses and consumers looking to track and trace their shipments. The successful candidate will be skilled at multitasking and genuinely enjoy helping people.

Type; Ongoing Temp
Hours: Monday - Friday 9 - 5
Pay: $21.00/hr
Training on-site, then completely remote
Equipment provided by the client

Responsibilities
- Responding to inbound calls, emails, and live chat
- Tracking and tracing packages
- Dealing with invoicing issues
- Escalating issues to management when necessary

Qualifications
- Bilingual and fully fluent in French and English with excellent written and verbal communication in both languages
- Previous experience working in a high-volume call center
- A personable team player with the ability to learn quickly
- Proven ability to handle high-volume calls with ease and a sense of calmness
- Helpful by nature with the ability to problem solve
