Bilingual Administrative Assistant - Toronto

A full-service, tech-enabled professional services firm located in Downtown Toronto is looking for a BILINGUAL administrative professional who is looking for a new challenge in their career. Our client is a North American corporate data analytics firm that needs additional support during the busy tax season upcoming. Being the core liaison between internal offices and external clients, the successful candidate must have 10/10 written and verbal French and English communication skills.
With a strong background of previous administrative support experience, you will be able to hit the ground running in a demanding, deadline-driven environment for a 5 month, potentially ongoing contract. Your previous skills and experience will be in client communications, database tracking and entry, translation services, and deadline management.

Qualifications
Qualified candidates will have the following:
• STRONG written and verbal French and English communication skills – a written test will be completed in the interview process
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills – the ability to navigate, create, and update spreadsheets is a must
• A minimum of 2-3 years of previous administrative support experience in a similar, fast-paced environment
• Strong personality with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing deadlines as needed
• Previous experience in a client support or account administration role is preferred
• Previous experience in Tax or Proxy services is a strong asset
