Receptionist Administrative Assistant - Toronto

BRIGHT is seeking an outstanding individual to join our team and to build a long-term career. This individual must be a seasoned administrative assistant /receptionist who exemplifies professionalism, customer service, reliability and excellent quality work.

Responsibilities and Duties

Answering phone calls and greeting walk-ins
Filling out forms and completing intake
Working on improving company process and practices
Order and manage office supplies and items
Ensure client service and satisfaction
Assist with accounting
Follow up with immigration authorities on pending applications
Frequent communication with clients via phone, email, in-person or Skype;
Ensure Company policies and expectations are being met;

Qualifications and Skills

Very strong English skills
2 + years of administrative experience
Excellent research and analytical skills, exercise good judgment, organizational skills and high attention to detail
Accuracy and ability to meet deadlines and exercise initiative
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
Strong organizational and computer skills.
Great energy and a positive attitude as you will be dealing with our clients!
A natural passion for helping and caring
Ability to work with minimal supervision and exhibit enthusiasm to complete tasks without delay.
Highly motivated, self-driven.
ASSET - Fluent in a language other than English (i.e. French, Mandarin, Cantonese, Russian, Polish, Hindi, Urdu, Spanish, etc.)
Interacts well with all levels of firm personnel and is a flexible team player who performs well in a team environment
