Job Responsibilities:
- Receive calls from customers, and various accounts with Abrams (Insurance, Police, etc.)
- Provide quality service to increase customer satisfaction
- Answering inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintaining a clear line of communication with all clients
- Efficiently entering data into different software programs
- Thrive as a team player in a fast paced, high energy working environment
- Other duties as assigned

- To be able to deal with difficult customers and situations
- To be responsible and compassionate to customers' situations
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills

Schedule:
Saturday-Sunday - 8:00am-8:00pm
Weekdays Off

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Salary: $16.00-$20.00 per hour
