Part Time Operations Officer - Toronto

Our client, a Top 5 Bank, is looking for 5 Part time Operations Officers for a 12 month contract in Edmonton! Do you have a strong attention to detail, fast typing speed and have previous finance/ banking experience? If so, this is a great opportunity for you!

Pay Rate: $19.85/ hour

Hours: Monday to Friday 7:00 am- 6:00 pm, varying shifts (7.5 hours per day, 3 days per week)

As an Operations Officer your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Updating securities
- Send follow up letters to solicitors
- 85% back office, 15% telephone communication
- Perform generalized to specialized transactions
- Escalate to managers when necessary

Qualifications
Must have:
- Attention to Detail is very important
- Excellent English Communications skills both Verbally and Written
- Typing 40 WPM / User Computer Skills
- Administration work and some customer service experience
- Financial background/ banking experience

Nice to Have:
Knowledge of Real Estate Secured Lending an asset
