Responsibilities:

Preparing for appointments -- and attending events
Learning our tried and proven system of success and learn to implement
Online and ongoing training
Reviewing the day’s successes and challenges with your Training Mentor, gaining sales support as appropriate-- all administrative support people have a vested interest in your success
In our organization, we offer the following :

$50,000-$75,000 realistic first year commissions
Potential to earn 6 figure commissions
Comprehensive on boarding and ongoing training and development
No Territorial Restrictions and uncapped commission plus bonuses
Ongoing residual income
Requirements for the Direct Sales Professionals are as follows:

Experience in Direct Sales an asset, however a positive attitude most important
Highly self-motivated and self-disciplined with ability to work effectively with little or no supervision
Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships
Good communicator—excellent listening skills
