About the Role
GRD Management is looking for a Community Director/Property Manager to join their team in Edmonton, AB on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of customer care as well as cleanliness, repair, and maintenance of the properties. There will be overnight travel to other communities approximately 35% of the time.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to overseeing, assisting and mentoring the Community Director/Resident Manager in undertaking the following:
Tenant relations & retention;
Showing and leasing suites;
Repairs and maintenance oversight and cost control.
Following established procedures for delinquencies;
Banking, reporting, purchasing;
Supervising staff and site projects;
Maintaining accurate records and detailed reporting to Management.
In order to qualify for this role, you will need 3-5 years of property management experience along with previous general management experience.
The ideal candidate will be an energetic and dynamic individual who possesses the following:
Strong management skills and ability to multi-task and meet deadlines;
Excellent organizational, communication and computer skills;
Proficiency in goal and project time attainments;
Exceptional customer service skills;
Mentorship abilities;
Related experience and/or designation preferred;
Valid Drivers license and reliable vehicle required.
