WORK FROM HOME POSITIONS! CALL CENTER BILINGUAL FRENCH

Full time work from home Customer Service Rep Positions. Must be fluent in both English and French

$19hr plus 4% vacation pay!
Long term and full time!
Weekly Pay!

You will work as an inbound bilingual customer service representative on behalf of a manufacturing company. Calls will be in both French and English. Receive French/English inbound calls.

Duties include but not limited to:
-Place outbound calls to existing clients and customers
-Answer questions from English and French customers and forward messages to clients.
-Meet Quality Assurance requirements and other key performance metrics.
-Maintaining working knowledge of company products, services, and promotions for our clients.

Skills and Abilities:
-Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
-Flexible availability (we are a 24/7 call centre).
-Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, overcome objectives.
-Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast--paced professional working environment.
-Ability to learn and navigate new software quickly.
-Goal oriented with professional work ethics.
-Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
-Leadership skills. Salesforce experience is an asset.
