Need Receptionist For Business North York Office

The position of the Receptionist/Administrative Assistant is to receive visitors into the office, whether they arrive in person or by telephone. The Receptionist/Administrative Assistant meets and greets visitors and maintains standards and protocols proscribed by management and should be able to answer basic questions about the office that most visitors are likely to have such as address direction, parking instructions, website, etc. The Receptionist/Administrative Assistant should be prepared to take, and log messages, packages, and deliveries ensuring timely delivery to the appropriate member of the team. Receptionist/Administrative tasks include, but would not be limited to, preparing form letters, assisting with postage and mailing of outgoing mail, closing files, preparing labels, entering data into electronic files, scanning, copying and purging of documents and files, recording documents, data entry, creating files, and other tasks as assigned. They may also serve backup when other staff are absent. Monday-Friday from 9 am -5pm. Please email cherise@barternetwork.ca with candidates info and resumes.
