Our client a global electronics distribution company in Brampton is seeking a Junior Collections Specialist to join their team for a 2-month opportunity. The ideal candidates must have at least one years’ experience with high volume b2b Collections.

Responsibilities
Looking for junior collector to manage a portfolio of B2B clients
Proficient in working with clients to follow up on receivables and working with parameters of days outstanding (30-60-90 days)
Ability to manage business relationships with clients to ensure collections are done on time
Tech-Savvy, being able to pick up on system fairly quickly
Prioritizing collections depending on business needs and amounts and duration outstanding
Strong attention to detail
Excel proficiency required: Intermediate (Pivot Tables and V lookups)
Excellent communications, both verbal and written

Qualifications
1 or more years of experience in B2B or B2C Collections
Post-secondary education in business administration, accounting or bookkeeping
Strong attention to the detail
Positive outlook and the ability to work cooperatively with others
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
