Infotek Consulting is searching for an accomplished Accountant with banking experience - knowledge of general ledger, A/R, A/P, controls, closing out books, month end, forecasting, etc.

Candidates with CPA or other designation are strongly preferred and so are candidates whom have experience with SaaS based organizations.

First aspect is accounting – closing books, ap/ar/assets/liabilities/income statements, etc.
Performance reporting – internal management

Some budget forecasting – 2 year interval

Looking for a person to come in and learn how their largest venture works financially
Learning at how they management books
How to structure AP and reporting around AP
PNL and balance sheet entries
Financial forecasting
Reconcile accounts
Work with internal control teams

After understanding this venture, then looking at overall client ventures to review and establish process improvements and other projects

Must have
Must have closed books (example understand what a passed through liability is)
Accounting experience – AP/AR/Balance Sheets/General Ledgers / Income Statements / Cashflows
Excel – lookups, pivot tables, etc.

Preferred

SaaS business model experience would – experience working in software based company, re-occuring revenue, understanding ways startup collect cash
Book keeping software – Zero or Stripe
VBA/Macros
