Human Resources Coordinator - Toronto

Our client, a growing industrial services organization is searching for a Human Resources Coordinator to provide excellent client service and administrative support within various Human Resources business processes.

Your success will be defined by your ability to:

Provide high volume proactive recruitment support;
Participate in conversations and programs to understand and improve employee engagement, employee retention and reduce turnover;
Provide confidential, professional and balanced support to operational leaders when addressing sensitive employee issues;
Maintain employee files and prepare employee documentation including job postings, recruitment materials and offer letters;
Provide support and guidance in the areas of policy and procedures, employee relations, benefits, talent management and disability management.
Your strengths include:

Minimum 3 years high-volume recruitment experience;
Previous Transportation, Oil & Gas, Industrial Serivces related recruitment experience is preferred;
Post-secondary education in a Human Resources is considered an asset.
