Executive Assistant - Toronto

Your tasks would be:

- Ensure effective management of the director's agenda, scheduling appointments and work meetings
- Provide administrative support to the director general for the conduct of office activities, writing letters and notes from services
- Coordinate the logistics surrounding various meetings and events
- Welcome customers, manage calls and correspondence
- Offer administrative support such as: management of expense accounts, filing, management of equipment and supplies, telephone system, etc.

Qualifications
