RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Service

Read, write, and speak FLUENT English and French
• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal
skills
• Strong attention to detail, thoroughness, and the ability to analyze information
quickly
• Ability to handle difficult customer calls
• Ability to engage in active listening to understand the customer and react
appropriately
• Team player who works well with all employees

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanour
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields will be
an asset
