CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE REQUIRED IN TORONTO

CamInstructor develops and sells CAD/CAM training products and solutions for both corporate and academic organizations/institutions across North America. We are looking for an experienced and innovative customer service administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be a key member of our small company and ensure the day-to-day operations of the office are maintained and run smoothly.

Responsibilities
Processing orders.
Helping customers with orders and inquiries.
Dealing with potential customers and their inquiries.
Registering trainees for our Instructor Led Training Courses.
Keeping our database up to date and accurate.
Setting up and managing customers on our Online Course Site.
Some bookkeeping activities including, Invoicing and Accounts Receivable.
Potential to manage some marketing projects including lead generation research.
Requirements
A College and/or University graduate
Minimum 3 years experience in a customer service role in an office and/or remote office environment
Excellent interpersonal skills, comfortable working with customers on the telephone and via email.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of email, internet, accounting and CRM software and spreadsheets.
Working knowledge of MS Office including Outlook, Customer Relation Management Software (Hubspot or similar), Google Docs, QuickBooks.
Detail oriented and ability to work with a high degree of accuracy.
Highly organized and flexible.
Ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines.
Must be self-directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision.
Strong customer service perspective.
Continuous learner.
Team player.
