Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Accountant experienced in cloud-based accounting systems. This individual will play a crucial role in managing full-cycle bookkeeping and providing expert accounting services to various clients.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage full-cycle bookkeeping tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
· Utilize cloud-based accounting platforms such as Xero, QuickBooks Online, and Sage to maintain financial records.
· Conduct bank reconciliations, manage journal entries, and oversee accounts payable and receivable.
· Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports and ensure timely month-end closures.
· Handle regular external filings, including HST, and manage government remittances and deductions.
· Maintain clear communication with clients to provide updates and address any accounting inquiries.

Qualifications:

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Relevant post-secondary education in accounting or finance is preferred.
