We are currently looking for ambitious co-op students and recent graduates for the following positions
• Recruitment Assistant Internship
• Business Development Internship (sales & Marketing)

Internship program provides students with valuable development through real-life work experience, exciting projects and networking with industry professionals.

Responsibilities For Recruitment Assistant Internship:

• Support Senior HR staff at various levels of recruitment and selection
• Participating in end to end recruitment process (ie. screening, interviewing, hiring, background checks, onboarding)
• Prepare Job List and attend weekly Job Order meetings to keep current of all job orders
• Post job ads on general career websites
• Assist with preparing various communications targeted to clients and candidates
• Source names and contact information of prospects
• Filing, photocopying and other duties as assigned

Responsibilities for Business Development Internship:

• Supporting the business development, marketing and sales team with data finding and administrative support
• Identify new sales leads. Working off a list of leads to develop and prospect potential customers & how to create and qualify leads
• Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
• Identifying, planning, scheduling and executing consumer outreach meetings and sales conferences
• Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
• Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met
