Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant at Annex Mechanical Installations. The Accountant will be responsible for day-to-day financial tasks, including maintaining and reconciling general ledger accounts, preparing financial statements, analyzing financial data, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting. The role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

Proficiency in accounting principles and practices
Experience with financial statement preparation and analysis
Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting processes
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is a plus
Experience in the construction or mechanical industry is preferred
