David Aplin Group, one of Canada's Best Managed Companies, has partnered with our client to recruit an Accounts Payable Coordinator based in Edmonton, AB.
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Coordinator with team lead and at least 5 years of work experience. You will be responsible for processing a high volume of accounts payables processing, communicating with vendors and assisting with cheque runs. This is a fast-paced office environment and you will work autonomously!
The Role:
Cheque runs.
Communicating with vendors and responding to inquiries.
Sort and match invoices and cheque requests.
The Ideal Candidate:
3+ years of experience processing high volume accounts payable-full cycle.
Accounting Diploma, Degree or equivalent.
Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Strong attention to detail and excellent accuracy.
