David Aplin Group, one of Canada's Best Managed Companies, has partnered with our client to recruit for a permanent Accounts Receivable Supervisor. The AR Supervisor will report directly to the Controller and will work closely with the Accounting team, overseeing the accounts receivable functions.
This is an exciting opportunity for a leader of Accounts Receivables to join a well established multi-provincial company. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for career advancement working for a growing and energetic organization, work at both the hands-on and high level.

The Role:
Leading all aspects of Accounts Receivables including credit and collections.
Ensure timely invoicing of revenues for clients.
Contract compliance and review of rates.
Timely cash application.
Maintaining accurate master data records and internal controls.
Manage the deficiency report.
Be a leader to the AR Administrators.

Reviews and approves all accounts receivable batches produced by the administrators.

Assist with month-end close process; balance sheet reconciliations; adjusting entries.
Manage aging report.
Prepare fuel reconciliations for expense and revenue accounting.

Answer Inquires from Vendors regarding payment status and complete statement reconciliation as required.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients related to collections.

The Ideal Candidate:
Minimum Four (4) years of accounting or related experience.
Proven ability to lead a team.
Post-Secondary education in accounting or in business.
Strong analytical, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Ability to grow with the organization.
