JOIN OUR TEAM We’re looking for a part-time accountant to fill a role in Brandon. This role offers approximately 12-15 hours per week and presents an excellent opportunity for new or recent graduates from accounting or business-related programs. The ideal candidate will have the chance to gain valuable experience across various business areas. Responsibilities:

Ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards, procedures, and internal control.
Preparing financial information, recording and reconciling revenues.
Counting cash and preparing deposits. Counting, tracking, and analysis of property-wide inventory.
Coding payable invoices and collection of accounts receivable.
Preparing reports for management of the property Employee payroll and administration of the employee files.
Compilation of daily revenue and payroll reports for the hotel and corporate management team.
Reconciliation of daily accounting records.

Qualifications:

Business or Accounting Certificate or Diploma.
Previous cash handling experience.
Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Experience with Microsoft Excel.
Possess a high attention to detail.
