Job Description
Mandatory Requirements Include:
- 5 years demonstrated experience providing procurement specialist services at the senior level.- 5 years experience in public sector procurement including an understanding of trade agreements and competitive bid law.- 5 years experience working with diverse stakeholders.- 5 years experience in business writing and communications.- 5 years active participation in large, complex procurement(s)
Desirable Requirements Include:
Experience at the senior level within an organization of comparable size and complexity to the GoA.
Experience with leading procurement projects
Experience in business writing and communications at an advanced level.
Experience with contract negotiations.
Experience in a leadership and/or facilitation role.
Experience functioning on an individual basis
Experience functioning in a team/group environmentExcellent communication skills, both oral and written
