Location: Northwest Edmonton, AB (3 days onsite per week)
Full time Direct Hire position
Salary range is $80-95K

Our small consulting client has an immediate need for a Senior Accountant to run end-to-end full-cycle accounting for the organization. We are looking for someone that does not need to be micromanaged and can take responsibilities for all accounting operation responsibilities including but not limited to; data entry and processing of bi-weekly payroll, managing daily timesheets, bookkeeping, forecasting, financial analysis, reconciliations, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and month-end.

Requirements:
3-5 years’ experience in a Senior Accountant position performing full-cycle accounting.
Advanced level Excel skills including pivot tables (Excel test will be given as part of the hiring process)
Experience with QuickBooks online
Prior experience preparing and processing payroll
Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
Post-secondary education in accounting or related field
