Receptionist/Administrative - Toronto

Ultra-Stone Inc. is a custom counter-top fabricator who specializes in Granite and Quartz surfaces.

We are currently seeking candidates who are energetic, organized and detailed orientated who have a minimum 2 years of experience working in an office environment and/or construction scheduling role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Greeting clients and presenting quotations

Scheduling day to day business activities

Direct support to owner

Invoicing (QuickBooks)

Material ordering & issuing P.O's

Answer phones

Filing documents

Maintaining office & showroom clean

Update company social media

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 1-3 years previous Administrative or management experience.

Must have excellent organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, and prioritize workload

Microsoft Office skills

QuickBooks

Have the ability to work independently

Strong communication skills

Salary: $16.00 to $17.00 /hour
