Payroll Administrator - Toronto

Are you an experienced Payroll Administrator looking to prove yourself in a thriving organization? Recruitment Partners is searching for an individual with a demonstrated customer focus and a strong knowledge of payroll systems. Our client is looking for a Payroll Administrator to join their Edmonton team on a temp to permanent basis for the right individual.

Your success will be defined by your ability to:

Preparing journal entries and forms, such as ROE's, T4's, Income Tax forms and remittances;
Auditing payroll processing reports for accuracy;
Maintaining detailed records and issuing monthly, yearly, quarterly reports;
Responding to all payroll inquiries in a timely manner;
Liaising with HR to confirm personnel records are accurate and up to date;
Additional accounting and general administration duties as required.
Your strengths include:

3 – 5 years’ experience in full-cycle payroll processing
Multi-province, union experience is required
Knowledge of JD Edwards is considered an asset
Excellent software experience
