Operations Officer - Toronto
Our client, a Top 5 Bank, is looking for 2 Operations Officers for a 6 month contract in Edmonton! Do you have a strong attention to detail, fast typing speed (50+ wpm) and have excellent problem solving skills? If so, this is a great opportunity for you!
Pay Rate: $17.34/ hour
Hours: Monday to Friday 8-6 pm – manager will set shift – flexible and will work with contractor
As an Operations Officer your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Lodging documentation from the lawyers (balance for a home). Put on to book of record to keep track of the mortgage
- Discharging documents off of title if sold or paid off
- any documentation that comes from lawyer or customer

Qualifications
Must have:
- 50 wpm typing speed
- Apply appropriate due diligence ensuring accuracy in preparing & promptly
- Attention to detail, highly organized, time management, sense of urgency
- Has excellent critical problem solving skills and team collaboration skills
- Team Player
Nice to have:
- 1 year banking experience
