Join Copper Tip Energy Services Accounting Team - Toronto

Copper Tip Energy Services Inc is located in Nisku, AB and is looking for a dynamic individual to join our Finance team. To be successful in this position the candidate must be results and detail oriented, have the ability to effectively prioritize workflow and be willing and able to take on new and exciting challenges as the Company expands both in Canada and the US.
Primary Responsibilities:
Accurate entering of daily work tickets,
Follow up communications with customer: communicate/troubleshoot customer matters and collections;
Entry of Supplier Purchase Orders;
Entry of Supplier invoices;
Supplier statement reconciliation;
Communicating with suppliers and responding to inquiries;
Credit card input and reconciliation,
Duties assigned based on skills
Required Skills and Qualifications:
3-5 years experience processing high volumes of transaction.
Excellent computer skills and in-depth knowledge of MS Office (word, excel, power point and outlook)
Proven ability to effectively prioritize workflow.
Accurate data entry and strong attention to detail
Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
Ability to work in a team as well as individually
