Job Description:

Full cycle accounting for a diverse portfolio of mixed-use, retail, office, residential and industrial properties at different stages of development
Assist in the preparation of project budgets/forecasting and other financial information for the purpose of construction financing applications.
Completing GST returns and assisting with preparation of other tax returns as required.
Assist in preparation of year end project statements for Preparation of development and financial statements
Preparations of progress draws/invoices and related collections.
Maintain and update standard cost codes and job records. Liaise with project team, vendors and other staff as required.

Support the team on treasury and cashflow aspects
Support with AP and other bookkeeping related items

What are we looking for:

An intermediate accountant from any industry, or skills that ae highly transferable and someone who is willing to put on different hats and learn how accounting works within real estate
