Baker and Baker is an established and well respected family law boutique firm. We are located at Yonge & St. Clair in the City of Toronto. We are seeking an intermediate Family Law Clerk with 3 - 5 years experience to join our team.
​​Qualifications:
3 - 5 years family law experience
Assist lawyer with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents
Have knowledge of requirements of the various court procedures in the GTA
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, outstanding work ethic
Attention to detail with ability to work under pressure
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), together with PCLAW, and DivorceMate
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to build rapport with clients
