Associate Lawyer - Family Law - Toronto
Baker and Baker is an established and well respected family law boutique firm. We are located at Yonge & St. Clair in the City of Toronto. We are seeking a Family Law Associate with at least 7 - 10 years experience to join our team. You will represent clients in all areas of family law.
​​Qualifications:
7 - 10 years family law experience
Member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario with a LLB or JD;
Trial experience and Appeal court experience is a definite asset
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, drafting skills, outstanding work ethic
Attention to detail with ability to work under pressure
Proficient in MIcrosoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), together with PCLAW, WestLaw and DivorceMate
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to build rapport with clients
