Responsibilities
Reporting to the Manager your daily responsibilities as an Accounts Receivable Specialist include but are not limited to:

-Following up with past-due accounts for collections
-Keeping management and executives informed of any issue
-Handling customer inquiries
-Provide accurate and timely reporting
-Monitor and maintain aged portfolio
-Update customer files
-Investigating payment discrepancies

Qualifications
-One to two years of experience in Accounts Receivable
-Knowledge of MS Dynamics an asset
-Experience in the construction industry
-Strong communication skills
-Intermediate level of Excel
