Valve Technician - Toronto
Are you a valve guru? Outstanding in the field of field work? We currently have an open role for a Valve Technician who could travel to various field service sites to assist with repairs.
This team is looking to have some extra assistance from a hardworking, positive attitude co-worker who can collaborate on the problem solving in the field. seeking someone who has the drive to get it done and get it done well. Initiative , independence and attitude along with a direct experience based knowledge are key in this role. If you have PSV experience or have worked within the standards of ANSI in the field we would love to speak with you about this opportunity.
Responsibilities may include:
•inventory control
•basic instrumentation
•actuator tear down
•full service to on site valves
•documentation of process

Qualifications
The applicant must have:
• High school diploma preferred
• Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience (PSV) (ANSI)
• Journeyman ticket in a servicing trade
• Valid safety tickets (H2S, CSTS, Fall Arrest, WHIMIS)
• The ability to travel, with little notice
• Ability to communicate effectively in the English language, both written and verbal.
• The ability to pass pre-employment testing
