Staff Accountant
Job title: Staff Accountant.
Location: Surrey, BC.
Permanent, Full-time.

Our client, a public accounting firm in Surrey, BC, is looking for a Staff Accountant to join their team.

Main responsivities:

Preparation of financial statements and tax returns.
Compilation engagements
Full cycle bookkeeping, including reconciliations of bank and sub-ledger accounts.
Payroll services for clients.
Preparation of personal and corporate tax returns.
Prepare GST/HST, PST, WCB, T4 and/or T5 returns.
Others duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Must have minimum 2 years of full cycle bookkeeping experience required
Experience from public accounting is a must
QuickBooks and CaseWare experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft word, excel.
Willingness to learn.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently is an asset.
