Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review personal, corporate, and trust tax returns, identifying tax savings
Conduct year-end meetings and interact with clients for planning and execution
Assist with tax planning and estate taxes
Manage client accounts and foster growth opportunities
Provide holistic financial planning including life insurance and investment needs
Delegate tasks to junior team members and provide guidance and mentoring
Recommend tax strategies aligned with firm goals
Maintain technical knowledge and follow industry trends
Support professional development of team members through coaching and training

Professional Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
4+ years of experience as a Tax Accountant/Accountant
Knowledge of income tax accounting concepts
Commitment to client service excellence and teamwork
Experience in US taxes preferred
Strong research skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication
Leadership and mentoring abilities
