Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Staff Accountant at Inder Mann Accounting Solutions Ltd. located in Surrey, BC. As a Staff Accountant, you will be responsible for day-to-day accounting activities, including maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, reconciling accounts, and assisting in the preparation of forecasts. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with accounting standards and support the financial operations of the company.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
CPA designation or working towards CPA certification
Solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Proficiency in accounting software Quick Books and MS Office, especially Excel
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
Experience in public practice
