Senior Accountant
Responsibilities

Ensure timely and accurate analysis and posting of financial transactions, requiring hands-on skills in putting through entries.
Manage Accounts Payable/Receivable processes, including processing payments, reconciling accounts, and addressing discrepancies.
Facilitate month-end close procedures, including accruals, Bank and GL reconciliation, and ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
Review Accounts Payable aging reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with payment terms.
Prepare and maintain balance sheet schedules such as prepaid and deferred revenue schedules. Manage fixed assets and assist in tracking the progress of capital projects.
Post payroll-related entries and perform Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) cost analysis.
Update schedules related to bookings and customer recurring revenue.
Verify receipts, income tax returns, financial statements, ledgers, and other financial documents.
Analyze corporate Trial Balance (TB) accounts and variances with budgeted amounts.
Prepare audit reports and assist in audit processes as required.
Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by the manager.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Business Administration
CPA Certification or enrolled in CPA preferred
3-5 years experience
