Your new role

As an Accountant specializing in Property Accounting, you'll play a pivotal role in managing the financial aspects of our clients retail portfolio. Responsibilities include preparing monthly/quarterly financial reports, reconciliations, journal entries, and assisting with budgeting and audits. Collaborate closely with Property Managers and Asset Managers, ensuring accurate financial data and effective cash flow management.

What you will need to succeed

The ideal candidate will have post-secondary accounting education and at least 2+ years of experience in commercial property accounting. Pursuit of a CPA designation is preferred. You should possess strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Excel and accounting software are essential.
