Project Accountant needed in Vancouver! $85K salary, permanent opportunity!

Agilus is recruiting for a Project Accountant in the Construction Industry in Vancouver, British Columbia.

We're currently recruiting for Project Accountants to join two different construction clients in the Vancouver and Richmond area. Perfect candidates for the roles have previous industry experience and at least two years of direct working experience as a Project Accountant.

A Typical Day

Processing project accounts receivables/payables and preparing billings
Handling any PO discrepancies and ensuring month end deadlines are being met
Coordinating with PMs about contract documentation and change orders
Project accounting reporting and analysis
Assisting with project forecasting and helping with new project set-ups
Following up on payment certifications and monitoring cash and cash requests

Requirements

Degree or diploma in accounting
5 years minimum of accounting experience, 2 years of project accountant experience
2 years of experience working in the construction industry
CPA

Total Rewards

$75000.00 - $85000.00 annually
Benefits, RRSP matching, 3 weeks vacation
Educational reimbursement
Monday to Friday role, full time, in-office
Permanent role with a chance to grow and develop
