Part time receptionist for Chiropractic clinic - Toronto

Our well established, conveniently located, family chiropractic clinic is in search of an administrator to join our team. If you are looking for a satisfying career, in a friendly and welcoming environment, then we may be the right fit for you.

As a successful candidate, you will provide excellent customer service and patient care. You should be enthusiastic, reliable, punctual, organized, have great time management skills, and multi-task. This position requires the ability to manage the front desk with efficiency and accuracy.

Previous chiropractic office experience and knowledge of Chirosuite are assets but not requirements. Individuals with previous medical or office administration backgrounds are welcome to apply. Knowledge in sales/marketing an asset

We are offering a competitive wage, for a part-time with the opportunity for full-time options down the road. This position is for Tues/Thurs afternoons and Sat mornings (~15hrs/wk). Job Description:
• Billing insurance companies and patients
• Booking appointments
• Answering phones
• Processing payments
• Assisting with various other administrative duties
• Helping the doctors with patient treatment (getting ice packs, heat packs, taking people to treatment rooms, pulling files, etc)
