Part time Admin Assistant for Property Manager / Developer - Toronto
Local Toronto-based developer and property manager looking for an experienced, part time admin. assistant to provide support and help business run smoothly.
TASKS INCLUDE:
- drafting correspondence and emails, making phone calls, troubleshooting issues with utility companies, banks, vendors, tenants, suppliers etc.
- organizing important files using cloud-based system (Google Drive)
- creating invoices and coordinating with bookkeeping staff
- scheduling meetings and appointments
This is a part time position ranging from 10 to 30 hours per week at $15 per hour. There is opportunity for quarterly performance bonuses ranging from $500 - $1,000 for additional work on special projects. After successful completion of 6 month contract, pay will be increased to $25 per hour. Assistant must be willing to work out of home office located at 456 College St.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to handle sensitive and confidential information related to the business
- Have some administrative and bookkeeping experience
- Additional experience in real estate, property management or a related field is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Google suite of applications (drive, docs, sheets, forms) and Adobe Acrobat
WORK HOURS:
Standard business hours (with flexibility and occasional weekends). Specific hours will be mutually agreed upon.
