We are currently hiring for our 1350 St Clair Ave W location, a brand new non-medical cannabis retail store situated in downtown Toronto, Ontario Sticky Icky Cannabis has everything it takes to be a leader in the non-medical cannabis industry - the finest storefront, as well as our talented & passionate staff. We are offering the ideal individual an opportunity to lead our team as a full-time retail store manager. If you love interacting with people and enjoy helping others find the perfect fit for their cannabis needs while leading, managing and directing a team of other cannabis sales representatives, this position will be a rewarding opportunity and a place to grow with our team. Job description Responsibilities: Running all necessary POS opening and closing reports Accurately re-stocking inventory Selling inventory through point of sales system Delegating staff tasks throughout the day Creating and promoting special offers Responding to customer inquiries with comprehensive knowledge and accuracy Maintaining an organized and clean office space Receiving and documenting inventory accurately Providing knowledgeable customer service Coaching and teaching all cannabis service representatives, furthering their knowledge base Maintaining and surpassing sales goals on a daily, weekly and monthly basis Closing and completing all end of day POS reports and procedures Desired Skills and Qualifications: Must have a professional, well-groomed appearance and demeanor Ensurse a high level of customer interaction, suggestive selling and enthusiasm Exceptional customer service mindset Energetic and highly determined Ability to build strong & meaningful relationships with customersDedicated team player looking to see all team members grow Minimum Requirements: Be at least 19 years of age Previous retail store managerial experience MANDATORY Extensive knowledge on the many effects of cannabis and its properties, in all of its forms is MANDATORY Reliable transportation to get to and from work Proficiency in MS office products as well as POS (cashier) systems Expected start date: 2021-07-16 Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
