Jr. Administrative Assistant - Toronto

Currently we are seeking 2 Jr. Administrative Assistant's to work in the London location.
This role would be a 2 month contract to start.
In this position you would be responsible for:
- Data entry of information received for new disability claims.
- Setting up claims
- Ensure client specific needs are met
- Filing/Scanning
- Assist with other support administration functions as required
Advantages:

Qualifications:
- Excellent communicator with strong written communication skills
- Ability to work with limited direction
- Previous working experience within an office setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as you will be coordinating tasks with many different departments
- Proven to be highly organized, ability to prioritize and a great multi tasker
- Available to start fairly quickly
