Intermediate Accountant
The successful candidate will possess the following:

Education: University Degree with a Major in Accounting;
Enrollment in a professional Accounting program, or have obtained a professional accounting designation;
Minimum of three (3) years of relevant work experience;
Thorough knowledge of Accounting Principles;
Strong Analytical Skills;
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills;
Ability to multi-task;
Ability to work in a team environment;
High focus on attention to detail;
Proficient in MS Excel software;

Key Responsibilities :

Process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
Prepare and Analyze monthly financial statements
Assist other departments with reviewing expenses
Preparation of weekly preliminaries
Reconcile general ledger and maintain balance sheet accounts
Prepare period-end journal entries
Prepare lease, depreciation, and other schedules for budget
Balance Accounts Receivable daily
Spot errors and react promptly if information is not accurate
Assist with the preparation and coordination of the audit process
Other duties/ projects as assigned
