When I transitioned out of the company I worked for I was fortunate to participate in the Career Transition Program. Heather Majeau led me through the program. What made this different was that it was tailored to me and my schedule. The on-line program was great to go through and help get clarity on where I wanted to go next. It showed me things regarding resumes, social media, videos, career options, etc. The personalization came when Heather would host one-on-one sessions with me, putting me in contact with wonderful people to whom I could gain knowledge and ask questions from. Heather was instrumental in helping me find my passion and true path in life. Ups and downs happen in business; the Career Transition program is a great option for employers who care about their employees.
