As a customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
• Handling inquiries via phone and email
• Taking orders and addressing customer needs
• Providing customers with information requested on various insurance products and services

Qualifications
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills in a call centre environment (1-2 years)
- Excellent communication
- Strong keyboarding skills
- Able to multi-task with different programs in a fast consistent work environment
- Strong problem solving skills
- Insurance background an asset
